Who would have thought that we would be skiing in April??? How nice is that?? I guess that is one of the perks of living in beautiful northern Idaho.
We were in McCall, Idaho over a month ago and they were saying the snow was soft there then. Wow, lookout still had awesome snow this weekend. There were some soft spots, especially at the bottom, but the warm weather was to die for. I absolutely love spring skiing. No coats, no gloves, no cold feet, no hats..........does it get any better than that??? I don't think so.
This was the last weekend for lookout and the other local ski hills, but we are definately wanting more after our great weekend trip. So, we are looking forward to next year already. Season passes are bought and paid for, all we need is to pick out new ski's for Danielle. Can't wait!!!!!
