Don't assume you know the metric system just because you passed 2nd grade math.
After measuring, checking and re-measuring, I still ordered Joe to cut my brand new mantle 54 inches. So now I have a 54 inch mantle that is 10 inches too short. Go figure. Next task....go shopping for a new one. Uugh....
